Transparent display is in the middle of the house, showing the resident and her pet. They’re affected by knocking on the door (or shaking the house). Its an alternative form of tamagochi, but somewhat overdone.

Amazing progress compared to the very 1st gen of these puppies’ ancestor. There’re touch pads on the head, under the chin, and on the butt for the user to rub (pat)- and they react so real to that, including sound feedback. Sony center @ Ginza.

This is a word that’s used differently in korea. Daikon means raddish in japanese- literally it means big root. In korean, raddish is called ‘mu-u’. Unfortunately the word daikon is written with the same chinese characters as my fathers name -_-; i dont know if i should make a joke out of it or not now that there’s a character series..
