to promote the use of receipts (and thus to prevent tax fraud)
chinese government made this system in which the receipts function as
the mini-lottery tickets. i never got any. but from what i hear people
at most won 10 yuans anyway.

in korea, writing people’s names in red is not nice as the tradition
is that the dead people’s names are written with red. so the special
blue version is prepared for the korean version of the business cards.

I’d personally consider the process of wearing makeup a very private task.. Perhaps being amongst strangers makes the public space private.
