luggage room

On my way to copenhagen today. I bought two aalto chairs from artek but didnt want to carry them w me there cuz i’m coming back to hki. The luggage room is available but its accessible by practically anyone w no security! Staying at well-organized asian hotels blurrs my mind and raises expectations about what service businesses should be like.
Anyway Ms Marju* Sohlstr*m who was on duty kindly offered the back room of the reception. I put my name card on the bag (bloody artek carrier bag is transparent).
“hmm, what should i do to get my bag back?”
“just say your name”
“may i ask your name then, just in case?”
“sure, but i wont be here- i will be on holiday somewhere outside finland.”
“can i at least take a picture of the place you store the bag?”
“you dont have to do that.”
i couldnt really ask her for a receipt or anything- obviously not a common practice around here.
There, i left my tax-free purchased chairs in the hands of finnish honesty.
