2006.05.14 - 17:05ni-go-ri, unfiltered sake at Matsugen
2006.05.14 - 17:05i learned the japanese word for unfiltered sake today – ni-go-ri.
thought it was shirozake, but its for kids (esp for girls’ day), made
out of mirin. in korean its ‘mak-gul-li’ or ‘dong-dong-ju’. in terms
of taste, unfiltered sake is not too sophisticated but mild and a
little on the sweet side with a home-made feel to it.
