Went to yogajaya this morning, and for the first time had a ‘proper’ yoga class – so i realized, i.e., not tainted by mixing other things (like core or pilates) or tuned to accommodate the general public (like ladies past their menopause). It was called ‘hatha vinyasa’, and happened to be the most advanced level. I really suffered, but it was very enjoyable to see what people can do with bodies- like standing on one hand.
