Japanese government made this logo so that pregnant women can carry this as a visible sign. According to the owner of this, lots of japanese women quit their job during their pregnancy because they cannot stand the morning commuting crowd. A friend, who recently got pregnant, has lots to worry about, including her husband who can never be at home before midnight.
