Exhibition opened at mori art gallery today. Impressions:

1 due to the mixed reasons of my ignorance and political nature of the art pieces here, i craved for more cultural-historical knowledge about the region. Lots of question marks remained as aftertaste.

2 where can we start?

so included in the training was:

- 3D movie about the horror scenario of earthquake situation (that was

really horrifying, seeing a ball thrown at us with 3D glasses)

- earthquake simulation room (level 7!)

- smoke maze simulation

- training on how to use fire extinguisher

it’s really interesting and if you can speak basic japanese, would

recommend anyone to try this training center. there are obviously

quite many places in tokyo, but i heard that many foreigners actually

come visit ikebukuro branch. the place is very close to Crown plaza

metropolitan hotel.

some says its because of the pace makers that old people wear, but

based on this poster, it seems that it’s simply because of potential

annoyance.

so this does not communicate clearly whether it’s to cut off the sheer

electromagnetic field that can actually cause invisible damage or to

encourage the social discretion (i.e., no need to turn off the phone

but shouldnt use it)
