my sister’s present. seems to be very effective in attracting japanese
old ladies’ attention. i got various questions: “where’s it from”
“what’s the maker” “is it expensive” “are you student studying in
japan (you dont look like a kaishain)” “oh are you korean”. this
reminded me that i should perhaps try to find a nice old lady who
wants to do the “language exchange” with me.
