a hot stone rice meal

rice is served in a very hot stone bowl. you need to scoop the rice
out of the hot bowl at the beginning of the meal (to prevent burning),
and instead pour some water in the hot bowl. put the lid back on. by
the end of the meal, the stone bowl produces nicely ‘smoke scented’
rice water (shung-nyung).
