Calling people at the cafe. Some observations:
- people noticed the background music and asked where i was or what the music was.
- some people also asked about how come its my first time to sit in this place when its so close to home.
I realized that i hadnt come here before due to its opening hours: 9am-8pm, which is written on the receipt. Will i remember this? What’d be the best way to keep this piece of info?

An underutilized resoure in the neighborhood- a bagel/donut cafe. Serving very good organic coffee. Some over-dressed Shirokanese ladies coming back from a wedding/event distract the atmosphere, but in general a good mark to be the corner coffee shop. Wish it opened earlier than 9am!

Tiny little phone- naturally user has to hold the phone with two hands, all the attention focused on the little screen. To the unknowing eye, this may be seen as a gesture for an extremely precious object.

Need some pink buttons?
Yes. Spring is coming- ‘haru ichiban’, spring’s first, we had a day with very strong winds. That’s supposed to be the signal of the spring.

Distance to the metro line is indicated at 15m interval. What does it indicate? Is the decrease/increase supposed to be meaningful? Ueno station is super complex. A good venue to conduct experiments.
