donkatsu teshoku
2006.02.26 - 00:02looks quite normal, but every part of the meal was very well
thoughtout and prepared. shreded cabbage (uncooked and unseasoned) is
very sweet and you get one more serving during the meal.
there are two kinds of donkatsu - ro-su or hi-re (fillet). if you are
not a big fan of pork fat, hi-re katsu would be your choice. but i
should add that i was pleasantly surprised to experience how good pork
fat could taste!
