i ‘am notified’ very often about office maintenance issues by email.
this one about gargling machine is the second best after the ‘rat trap
maintenance schedule’ email.

Served after 2pm, limited to 40 sets or so per day. And each set comes with a card with names of the farmer who brought the egg, and the cook.

movies
a japanese movie i truly enjoyed!
would recommend to anyone who’s interested in knowing more about the country.
also my recent discussion about those who are called ‘yan-ki’ (also
got to know that ‘yang-a-chi’ is the korean equivalent) found a very
good visual resolution in this movie ;-)
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0416220/
next step would be to visit the shop ‘baby, the stars shine bright’ in
daikanyama.

chipping the ice Originally uploaded by
jabberer.
with the unusually big snow fall and the subsequent cold weather, its
not a very common affair to deal with ice on the street. and the ice
covered streets were a real serious problem! (well, when the snow was
falling on saturday, i saw quite a few people washing away the piled
snow with WATER so it is a very natural consequence.)
on sunday - i saw quite a few people trying their best, with whatever
tools available, to get rid of ice in front of their shops.
