raw mi-yuk (wakame)
2005.12.21 - 22:12my hometown being so blessed with sea food - there’re at least three
kinds of seaweed with every meal at home. the raw wakame (in Korean,
‘mi-yuk’) is brown and can be eaten as is. i tried this very one -
somewhat salty, but quite unique taste! when boiled, things get very
soft and somewhat shrunk in volume.
