The parents seemed to have took notice (duh!) and TRIED to leave the place after their obvious failure to stop the girl, but they lingered on nearby. What a nerve-racking 10 min. I thought helsinki tax included a small guarantee to protect me from such an environment. Anyway. I couldnt agree more to the points made in the article. Soon clean air and serenity will be added to the hottest list of commodities money can buy for city-dwellers.
