notes:
1) good to learn names of techniques and methods. gotta thank those who work for naming these things.
2) rules of CD: master-apprenticeship relationship with users, develop airplane intimacy but not social relationships.
3) "digital images could obscure structures - use drawings and annotate" - KH
4) "dont do retrospective interviews  dealing with memories  older than 2 weeks" - KH.
i gotta think over how this could be done with some of the things we do. reality - and assumed/perceived reality.
5) interpretation session with helpers. include notes of  quotes, facts, and interpretations. should generate 50-100 notes for a session.

(lunch box served at the room - feeling a little sick after the bag of kettle chips. gotta stop eating american food)

continuing notes:

6) shelley explains ABC’s of building the affinity: i wonder if the technique of building affinity walls could have existed without Post-its. Or, if the need for the technique could have called for the invention of Post-it notes.
7) 4-6 notes in a group (of the affinity).  otherwise break them up in different columns.

(pseudo affinity building practice)

8) blue notes (the lowest level label) should never start with the word ‘how’.
9) you gotta be fetish and anal about the colors you use - pen and postit.
10) someone: "do you have names for those labels?" kh: "yes, blues, pinks, and blues. there are only three levels."
11) CDTools:  http://www.incent.com/cdtools/index.html.  hmm.
