I have experienced a number of hair dressers in helsinki. As a result, i learned hard way that going to a hair dresser here is not necessarilly a business of beauty consulting- all because of lack of skilled stylists with black hair! I booked a place where i had an ok result. But this time it was a bit too late to realize that i forgot to mention i was asian with strong thick black yarn (not hair that finnish blondes know of): the hair dresser of today not only had no exp of black hair, but also could not speak english. An assistant girl helped with translation. I was very curious about what could be lost in translation, but luckily i was so desperate for a haircut it didnt bother me very much.
