2004.07.30 - 21:07A church of which construction started a decade ago, and the priest’s house. Church construction had to stop to build the house. During the high season, it seems that rooms in the house are rented to tourists. Church is in operation nonetheless, all covered in plastics inside with a few icons and furniture. The church bells ring wildly at random times (they say it’s related to church services), typically a little too early in the morning or late at night. Often i was reminded of stories i know about north korea when i hear about situations in romania.
