Since ladies were naked, could not take the picture. With very dark green mud from a nearby lake, people put mud on body and get dried in the open air. Women/men are separate, but due to a new construction of the site, the place is being operated just surrounded by thin walls with no doors right behind the construction site. For women’s side, one of the entrance holes was at least partially covered as shown in this picture. Luckily only one man was working on the construction site.
Anyhow, was a very relaxing and smelly experience.

A church of which construction started a decade ago, and the priest’s house. Church construction had to stop to build the house. During the high season, it seems that rooms in the house are rented to tourists. Church is in operation nonetheless, all covered in plastics inside with a few icons and furniture. The church bells ring wildly at random times (they say it’s related to church services), typically a little too early in the morning or late at night. Often i was reminded of stories i know about north korea when i hear about situations in romania.

Beware of people running. Quite different from helsinki version.
