My favorite activity while travelling is to visit local grocery stores. Compared to scandinavian styles of pickled herrings, this seems to require more courage (Any food that maintains its original animal form does).
5am at central railway station after the midsummer day. There were still many people who survived the night. It was like in a horror movie walking thru piss drunk people, trash & seagulls flying all over my head squeaking (helsinki doesnt get this dirty that often thru the year). A situation of near heart-attack. Even pigeons look kind of cute compared to this creature.
Amongst mid summer frenzy, a special lunch day with the team. From tomorrow, the office and the city will be emptied.
